Partnering with local PR firm, Brotman, Winter, Fried, we were able to secure the corporate partnerships as well as activate brands at the venues. With many of the teams from out of town, we created coupon books to drive traffic to those local partners & restaurants participating with the event.  In order to reduce expenses, we leveraged relationships to provide quality equipment & printing.
