Our company was contacted & engaged just six months prior to this international event, even with the short time frame we were able to exceed over $2 million with an original budget of $500k in reduced expenses. From obtaining 40+ new Ford vehicles for the event’s personnel, to securing equipment for over 60+ sports, we created new relationships between organizations that had not previously heard of the World Police & Fire Games. Lastly, prior to the conclusion of the event, we created and organized site, venue & sport equipment lists that could be used in future years.
